Marta Vittoria Colombo

Graduated with honours from the University of Milan in 2015, she has developed a professional background in civil, corporate, and banking law, gained both in litigation and in corporate settings.

She began her career at Studio Lombardi, where for almost five years she worked in civil and corporate law with a predominant focus on litigation (2015–2019). She then continued her experience at Studio Legale Giovanardi, deepening her expertise in insolvency law and assisting banking institutions in debt restructuring transactions and credit disposals (2019–2022).

From 2022 to 2025 she worked in the Corporate Department of Banca Generali, where she consolidated her skills in corporate governance, management of corporate bodies, and corporate compliance, also taking on the role of Head of the Department.

She obtained her qualification to the bar in 2018. She has been part of the Firm since 2025.
